Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with HR and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and help enact the defined recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive (pre)screenings with potential candidates, evaluating their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
  • Prepare detailed and insightful candidate profiles for presentation to hiring managers, highlighting key skills, experiences, and potential contributions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate candidate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to identify and attract top talent in the aerospace industry.
  • Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for critical positions, ensuring a continuous pool of qualified candidates.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the recruitment process.

Your Profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,a related field or through similar experience
  • first experience in recruitment, specifically in an industrial field
  • Excellent communication in Dutch, French and English
  • Excellent interviewing, assessment, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, more specifically outlook and Excel.
  • Flexibility to work on different locations within Belgium
