Your responsibilities

  • You will report to the local compensation and benefits manager.
  • Ensuring accurate payroll transactions and payments.
  • Processing new employee’s contracts and terminations (from a payroll perspective).
  • You will maintain the payroll information of each employee and update it where necessary.
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and issues.
  • Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
  • Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed.
  • Preparation and timely delivery of pay slips and annual payment summaries.
  • Assisting with the processing of monthly reporting.
  • Answering general payroll enquiries, including advice, policies etc.
  • Managing leave entitlements and payments.
  • Regular filing and archiving of payroll information.
  • Working with HR and Finance departments.

Your Profile

  • You have a bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a payroll position.
  • You have excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • You have a very detailed way of working.
  • You are able to work with strict deadlines.
  • You have a strong aptitude for administrative projects.
