This position offers the opportunity to work across a range of aviation maintenance departments. Depending on your background, skills, and interests, as well as operational needs, you will be assigned to one of our maintenance areas: Components, Engine Shop, or Base Maintenance. Within your assigned department, you will progressively develop hands-on technical skills under the supervision of experienced aviation professionals.
Your tasks include but are not limited to:
Assist in the removal, installation, and basic maintenance of aircraft components under the supervision of experienced technicians.
Support cabin interior maintenance and refurbishment activities, including cleaning, repairing, and refurbishing cabin furniture, fittings, and amenities.
Assist with the installation and removal of cabin components such as seats, carpets, sidewalls, overhead bins, galleys, and lavatory elements.
Support engine maintenance activities by assisting qualified technicians with basic tasks such as preparation, cleaning, inspection support, and handling of engine parts in accordance with procedures and safety rules.
Participate in the repair, inspection, and handling of aircraft components in workshops (e.g. mechanical parts, interior components, or sub-assemblies) under supervision.
Provide logistical support by preparing tools, equipment, parts, and materials required for maintenance, engine, and component repair tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and human factors principles during all maintenance activities.
Follow established procedures and instructions to meet aviation regulatory and company requirements.
Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and on-the-job learning activities to progressively develop aviation technical skills and awareness.
