Your Main Responsibilities:

The Aircraft Base Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing and controlling production, schedules and compliance of works performed

• As a Supervisor, you must demonstrate strong leadership skills to lead several people and tasks simultaneously to achieve on-time delivery.
• Assist in the development of, performance metrics in key areas such as Quality, Cost and Schedule
• Liaise with planning and preparation department to assure the tasks are correctly reviewed and scheduled in the project
• Assure all resources, including but not limited to tools, materials and skills, are in place to perform the works planned.
• Liaise with production planners to achieve the projects schedule’s
• Monitor leads and mechanics in their performance and attitude in the team
• Assure all works are performed following applicable technical data and workorders
• Assure the teams clocking are correctly done when executing workorders and cards time are achieved.

Your Profile :

• 10+ years in aircraft maintenance and 5+ years in base maintenance.
• Working knowledge of airframe and powerplant maintenance and modifications.
• Possess a strong aptitude in aircraft troubleshooting regarding to engines, hydraulics, pneumatics and flight control operations and rigging.
• Be proficient in navigating through schematics, maintenance manuals and service bulletins as required.
• Requires knowledge of and planning for depot-level maintenance and baseline modifications on various airframes.
• Work in flexible working hours, based on need of the client
• Excellent oral, written english
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Possess good interpersonal skills and have the ability to coordinate with other internal and external clients.
