The Maintenance Operations Coordinator supports the coordination and monitoring of daily maintenance and operational activities within an EASA Part-145 Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO).

The role contributes to the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of maintenance operations by assisting with operational planning, maintenance documentation, personnel coordination, and regulatory compliance monitoring.

The Operations Duty Coordinator works closely with the Head of Operations, certifying staff, planning personnel, and training coordinators to ensure maintenance activities are properly documented, coordinated, and aligned with EASA Part-145 requirements and company procedures.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Operational Coordination

  • Support the coordination of daily maintenance activities in accordance with operational requirements and approved procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of aircraft maintenance status and scheduled
  • Assist with the preparation of operational updates for internal coordination
  • Facilitate communication between maintenance personnel, planning staff, and operations management as required.

Regulatory Compliance Support

  • Assist in ensuring that operational activities comply with:
    • EASA Part-145 requirements
    • The Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE)
    • Approved maintenance data and company
  • Monitor operational documentation and report discrepancies or irregularities to the Head of
  • Support the organisation’s Safety Management System (SMS) by reporting hazards, occurrences, and safety concerns.

Maintenance Work Order Administration

  • Support the creation, tracking, and administrative management of maintenance work orders within the AMOS maintenance management system.
  • Verify completeness of maintenance documentation associated with work
  • Assist in monitoring work order progress and ensuring proper closure of maintenance

Technical Records Support

  • Assist in maintaining aircraft technical records and maintenance
  • Verify that records are complete, accurate, and traceable prior to
  • Support the preparation of documentation required for internal audits, customer audits, or authority

Personnel Coordination Support

  • Assist in maintaining records related to personnel availability including shift planning, leave planning, and medical validity tracking.
  • Monitor validity of personnel authorisations and training records and notify relevant management of upcoming expirations.
  • Maintain administrative documentation related to personnel competence and authorisation

Training Coordination Support

  • Assist in scheduling initial, recurrent, and continuation training in accordance with regulatory and company
  • Support administrative activities related to competence assessments and training

Communication and Customer Support

  • Support communication with internal teams and customers regarding maintenance progress and aircraft status when required.
  • Ensure operational information is accurately recorded and communicated to relevant

Your Profile :

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Aviation Management, Aircraft Maintenance, Engineering, or a related
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance operations within a Part-145 environment.
  • Practical experience with AMOS or a comparable maintenance management system is
  • Working knowledge of EASA Part-145 regulatory
  • Understanding of maintenance documentation and technical
  • Familiarity with MOE procedures and operational
  • Strong organisational and administrative
  • Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a dynamic
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail and commitment to regulatory
  • Fluent in English
