Your Main Responsibilities:

• Act as the focal point with the Customer, managing the customer relationship and cultivating customer intimacy to identify and earn potential business opportunities beyond the current contract
• Develop and implement strategic plans for defense aircraft maintenance projects in alignment with organizational goals.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to relevant military aviation regulations and standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting aircraft maintenance.
• Manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize cost-effectiveness.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including government agency officials, contractors, and project team members.
• Provide regular project updates, reports, and briefings to key stakeholders.
• Support operations to implement continuous improvement initiatives enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess project performance.
• Analyze data and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from established benchmarks.

Your Profile :

• Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in program management, preferably with a focus on defense aircraft maintenance projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
