Are you ready to join us?

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Receipt of goods: receive all the incoming items, check their condition, perform first inspection of the parts and check that required paperwork is present, then hand items over to incoming inspection. Report in case of an issue.
• Records and feedback: records the incoming items in the company software and provide feedback to internal customers regarding the status of the items.
• Process Optimization : Constantly looking for ways to optimize logistics processes, whether by reducing warehousing costs, improving operational efficiency, or optimizing delivery routes.
• Maintain a clean, neat and member-ready area
• Transport parts to different outstations in case of urgent need
• After a period of on-the-job training, you could incorporate a flexible schedule that may include 6/14 breaks and on-call duty during weekends.

Your Profile :

• Technical or administrative background, with qualification or training in the field of logistics
• You are part of a team but mainly work autonomously
• You are in possession of a forklift driver’s license
• You are fluent in English and in French and/or Dutch (spoken and written)
• You have a strong sense of time organization and urgency
• C driver’s license is a plus
