Job summary: Sabena Engineering is looking for a Technical Administrator (50% FTE) to support aircraft maintenance activities in Amsterdam. The role provides administrative, financial, and coordination support to aircraft engineers and the local Technical Manager and serves as a link between Engineering, HR Brussels, Finance, suppliers, and customers. The position requires accurate data handling in AMOS and SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate AMOS data related to maintenance, costs, and invoicing
  • Support aircraft engineers with administrative office tasks
  • Prepare customer invoices in AMOS and SAP and send them to customers
  • Book supplier invoices and follow up on approval workflows
  • Support the payment preparation process in coordination with Finance
  • Act as a contact point for customers regarding administrative and financial queries
  • Coordinate HR-related administration with HR Brussels
  • Support the Amsterdam Technical Manager with reporting and planning
  • Order supplies and follow up on local administrative and insurance-related matters

Qualifications:

  • Experience with AMOS is preferred; SAP knowledge is an asset
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and accuracy skills
  • Strong office skills
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English (Dutch is an asset)
  • Structured, reliable, and service-oriented mindset
